- Managing Director Indotek Group (from 2021-to date). Driving the investments in industrial & logistics in European markets, like Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Italy, Spain and Germany. Focus on construing and managing development partnerships, target urban logistics and light industrial product as well as value add acquisitions.
- Managing Partner Wallstone Capital (2018), a private boutique firm offering development, acquisition & advisory services in logistics real estate in Europe. Transacted up to 350,000 sm light industrial and logistics transactions in several European markets on behalf of private and institutional clients.
- Successful capital raise of €250 Mn equity with Patrizia Immoblilien AG (2015-2017) and thereafter acquired and managed a portfolio > 400,000 sm over 20 buildings serving a diversified logistics customer base in 4 countries and managing a team of 6.
- Managing Director Northern & Central Europe with Goodman Group. Overall responsible for development and acquisition of transactions, managing a team of 20 people (2012/13).
- Initiating business development and sourcing of land sites in China with Redwood Group (2010/2011). In addition, sourcing, negotiating transactions in Vietnam and Australia for private investors (2010-2012).
- Held a senior management advisory role with Arcapita Bank (2008-2009) institutionalizing and professionalizing the Central European development team of the newly acquired Pinnacle Group (currently P3).
- Business Development Director with a UK Private Equity Group resulting in construing a business plan, development scheme and capital raise for up to 1 Mn sm logistics schemes in Moscow, Romania and Turkey (2007-2008).
- As CEO he managed a private closed-end real estate fund with €125 Mn committed equity with a team of 8 in Bucharest, Athens and Sofia (2006).
- Instrumental contribution to successfully building Europe’s leading logistics real estate platform with Prologis (1998 – 2006). Development and capital transactions as well as establishing and managing the country organization in Benelux, Sweden, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania.
- Since 1992 he gained aviation real estate experience at several European airports with Amsterdam Airport Schiphol Group and thereafter as a business consultant over the years: i.e., Brisbane Airport, Hong Kong CLK Airport, South African Airports, Turkey, Vienna, Belfast, London, Brussels.
- Roger is a citizen of The Netherlands. Speaks English, German, Dutch. He is passionate about political history and urban landscapes. Martial arts, diving and mountain biking relaxes him, and he is inspired by the things that make life liveable like sports, health, happiness, friendship and enjoying different cultures.
- Roger has a special place in his heart for the cities he lived and worked in such as New York, Warsaw, Budapest, Bucharest, Istanbul, Singapore, and Amsterdam.
