Mendlewood Europe B.V. processes your personal data only in relation to utilize our professional services and activities and/or because you have provided us with your data, which we process as follows: company name, first and last family name, phone number, email address and business address.
Mendlewood Europe B.V. will only process your data with the sole purpose to contact you via email directly related to our business activities and services. Mendlewood Europe B.V. does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for persons.
Mendlewood Europe B.V. does not store your personal data longer than necessary to complete the purposes for which the data is collected.

Sharing of your data with third-parties
Mendlewood Europe B.V. will only share your data with third-parties if this is necessary for the performance of a mutually signed contract or to comply with a legal obligation as required by law. If your information is provided to a third-party in countries outside the European Union, we guarantee an appropriate level of protection of your personal data.

Review or delete of your personal data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to your data processing or to object to the processing of your data by Mendlewood Europe B.V.. You have the right to data portability, meaning you can submit a request to us to receive your personal data that we have stored. In order to ensure a smooth process of your request, we kindly ask you to send a legal eligible copy of your identity (i.e. ID or Passport) with your request. Mendlewood Europe B.V. takes the protection of your data serious and will take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
